Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Responsible for providing second level support to both system administrators and desktop technicians to help resolve daily issues that arise. Troubleshoots performance issues, creates and maintains disaster recovery plan. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment;also provides technical support and guidance to users. Minimum of an Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field with experience.
