The LPN/RN-Performance Improvement Nurse will facilitate quality improvement programs as applicable to the organization. This individual will assist the Director of Quality in management of quality programs and initiatives which also include accreditation readiness and follow-up.
Individual must have a current MS license. Previous experience with quality and accreditation is preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: CMS quality programs, medical chart reviews, data collection/analysis, inputting data into multitude of software programs, preparation/facilitating meetings/public speaking and project management.
